Mobile App Account Deletion Request

BluPeak values your privacy. You may delete your Online Banking profile at any time by deleting the application from your mobile device and contacting the Credit Union through a method noted below:

  1. By sending an e-mail to: memberservice@BluPeak.com;
  2. By calling 866.873.4968
  3. By submitting a Secure Chat or Support Ticket
  4. By writing a letter and either giving it to a Member Service Representative at any of the Credit Union’s locations or sending it to the following address:

Please note before you delete your account profile:

  • Deleting the BluPeak app does not remove your profile, you must also contact us through a method listed above.
  • You will no longer be able to log in to online banking or the BluPeak mobile banking app.
  • If you have established Bill Payment(s), you will need to contact us to ensure any prescheduled bill payments made through Digital Banking will also be terminated.
  • If you enrolled in the Online Banking Credit Score tool you will need to terminate your account with SavvyMoney in accordance with their terms of service to stop them from obtaining credit information
  • Your final charge for the Bill Payment service will be assessed at the end of your statement cycle (if applicable).
  • You will not be able to see electronic copies of past account statements. If you have opted in to receiving electronic statements and/or tax documents, your preferences will be changed to receiving paper statements and paper tax documents (statement fees may apply).
  • If you have a checking account that is free with eStatements, you will now be subject to a monthly fee. Please refer to the Schedule of Fees & Charges for more information.
  • Your BluPeak financial accounts and loans will remain open and unaffected.
