How do I change my personal information?

It’s easy to update your profile.  Just complete the Address & Phone Number Change Request Form in the Secure Forms section of Online Banking.  To update your email address, username, password and account nicknames, select My Settings in Online Banking.

To change your name, we will need the following documents:

  • SSN card with your new name AND state or government issued ID with your new name.
  • You will also need ONE of the following:
    • Marriage Certificate
    • Divorce Decree
    • Other Legal Document supporting name change

You will need to submit copies of the legal documentation along with an updated Membership Application.
