In pursuit of this goal, we’re excited to share that we’re partnering with a trusted sub-servicer, Member First Mortgage LLC (MFM), to manage the day-to-day servicing of your mortgage loan. This means the process for collecting payments, sending statements, managing escrows, and Member support will be done by MFM under the BluPeak name through the BluPeak Credit Union Mortgage Servicing Department. This change will help us streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and offer you more consistent, reliable support for all your mortgage needs.

 

You can rest easy knowing that we’re committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for you. Our goal is to continue serving you with the high-quality care and attention you deserve.

 

In the next two weeks, you’ll receive an important packet from the BluPeak Credit Union Mortgage Servicing Department with everything you need to know about the transfer. Here’s what you can expect inside:

  • Automatic Monthly Payment Application
    (IMPORTANT: If you currently use autopay to make your loan payment YOU MUST submit this application to RE-ENROLL IN AUTO PAY)
