Your New Mortgage Servicing Department

At BluPeak, we’re always looking for ways to provide you with the best possible service and make your experience even better. In pursuit of this goal, we’re excited to share that we’re partnering with a trusted sub-servicer, Member First Mortgage LLC (MFM), to manage the day-to-day servicing of your mortgage loan. This means the process for collecting payments, sending statements, managing escrows, and Member support will be done by MFM under the BluPeak name through the BluPeak Credit Union Mortgage Servicing Department. This change will help us streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and offer you more consistent, reliable support for all your mortgage needs.

You can rest easy knowing that we’re committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for you. Our goal is to continue serving you with the high-quality care and attention you deserve.

You should have received an important packet from the BluPeak Credit Union Mortgage Servicing Department in the mail with everything you need to know about the transfer. This packet included the following information (you can view the content linked below):

• Key details, payment options, and important dates
• Automatic Monthly Payment Application
  (IMPORTANT: If you currently use autopay to make your loan payment YOU MUST submit this application to RE-ENROLL IN AUTO PAY)
• Privacy Policy
• Frequently Asked Questions

While your information packet will outline key loan changes and next steps, please rest assured that the terms of your mortgage will not change.

IMPORTANT: Any mortgage payments made online between 9/26-10/5 will be automatically returned and will need to be re-established on 10/6.

IMPORTANT: If you need copies of mortgage statements prior to October 2025, you may submit a request through Digital Banking.

On desktop: Click on eDocs & Forms, then select Forms and fill out the Statement Copy Request.

On mobile: From the menu, tap on More and then select eDocs & Forms. Tap on Forms and fill out the Statement Copy Request.
