Who is Marina?
Marina is a cutting-edge chat tool designed to revolutionize our Digital Banking visitor engagement with a unique blend of features. This new chat platform is equipped with an array of intelligent functions to enhance the Digital Banking experience, providing our members with 24-hour service.

How does it work?
For Mobile Banking:
On the bottom menu, click on ‘More’, then navigate to ‘Support’.
Then, select ‘Secure Chat’.
For Desktop and Web
Simply click on the chat bubble on the bottom right corner of your screen.
Click “Chat” and begin connecting with Marina.
You will see a brief window of our current chat status.
You are now connected and can begin your chat by entering a message.
To end your chat simply click the red ‘End’ button on the top-right corner of chat box, or type ‘end chat’ in the message box.
Tip: Keep your questions and prompts simple. Simple questions and prompts help avoid confusion and keep your chat running smoothly!
